Shipping that doesn't pretend to be Amazon

Every Barky Bay shirt is made-to-order, which is a polite way of saying nobody prints your shirt until you buy it. That keeps us small, keeps the catalog focused, and means no warehouse of unsold shirts collecting dust. The trade-off: it takes us a little longer than the giants.

What to expect:

• Production: 7-14 days. This is the print + quality-check window. Some orders ship sooner, but we'd rather quote honestly than rush you a shirt with a crooked print.
• Shipping: 4-10 business days after we ship it. USPS, with tracking. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves our printer.
• Total time, door to door: Plan on about 2-3 weeks. If you need a shirt for a specific date (gotcha day, dog mom's birthday, the family reunion you're dreading), order at least 3 weeks ahead to be safe.

Free shipping on US orders over $85. Below that, flat $4.95 — because $14 shipping fees are how they get you, and we'd rather just be upfront.

US shipping only for now. We know our friends across the border (and the pond) are out there — we'll get there eventually. For now we're keeping it simple so we can do this part right.

If something's wrong when it arrives — wrong size, weird print, lost in transit, the dog ate the package — email us at info@barkybay.co. We're a one-person operation, so you get a real human, not a chatbot. We answer every message, usually within a day, occasionally after a long walk.
